Do tenants and vendors need to install anything?
No. Moosu runs in the browser on any phone or computer. Tenants sign in to their portal; vendors just open the link they're sent, with no account at all.
Does it work for residential and commercial properties?
Yes. Households and company tenants both work, and commercial leases get operating-expense reconciliation, rent schedules, CPI increases and multi-suite leases.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Import buildings and suites, tenants and leases, opening balances and deposits held from a spreadsheet.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
Export invoices for any date range in QuickBooks Online or Xero import format, and reconcile your bank statements inside Moosu.
How is my data protected?
